Returns

A refund will be awarded if the following:

1. The hair is in its original packaging.

2. The hair is not processed nor tampered with.

This refund will be issued via PayPal once the hair is received and inspected.  After inspection, the customer is then notified of the finding, and a 4% repackaging fee will be deducted from the refund.  

 

 


Exchanges

Hair can be exchanged for reasons of length, texture, or color change.  In order to exchange the hair:

1.  The hair must be in its original packaging.

2.  The hair cannot be processed or tampered with.  

In order to make an exchange, the hair must be received by Kaizen Virgin Hair, addition fees are paid (if hair is different in price) + shipping cost.  The hair is then shipped right away!
